Our individual managers are allocated to a limited number of properties within their geographical area. They are available by cell phone, email and 24/7 emergency number so any concerns you communicate to them will be dealt with promptly.

More detailed tenant vetting

Training is provided to our managers by an ex-police licensed private investigator who works closely with managers on an on-going basis.

Close inspection of our tenancy letting agreements give an indication of the additional information that we gather as part of our screening process, making us an industry leader in this area.

We not only utilise the tenancy tribunal, Veda, driver licensing data bases, but also numerous other data bases and networks that are commercially sensitive, but will be explained to property owners entering a property management contract with us.

Basic screening processes can be extended on an "add-on" basis to ensure peace of mind and cost effectiveness.

We strongly recommend our premium screening package for all properties as an effective tool to ensure worst case scenarios don't have a crippling effect.

Specialist maintenance service inspections

We use government licensed building practitioners who are multi skilled and have been trained to complete our inspection check lists which are not restricted to the normal rental repairs and maintenance.

Our inspectors are not wearing "high heels," and restricted to inspecting the interior of your property.

They arrive with a fully stocked van, ladders and tools to make a thorough inspection and attend to all those minor but important issues that left unattended can be very costly for the landlord and annoying for the tenant.
